The Canadian Apprenticeship Forum (CAF-FCA) is a national, non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening apprenticeship across Canada.
CAF-FCA brings together employers, unions, educators, governments, and industry partners to collaborate on research, share promising practices, and advance solutions that support the success of apprentices and trades professionals. Through national initiatives, research, and events, CAF-FCA works to strengthen apprenticeship pathways and support a skilled, inclusive workforce for Canada’s future.
CAF-FCA’s Board of Directors brings together leaders from across industry, labour, education, and government who share a commitment to strengthening apprenticeship in Canada. Board members provide strategic oversight and guidance to help ensure CAF-FCA continues to advance collaboration, research, and national initiatives that support apprentices and the skilled trades.
CAF-FCA is governed by a Board of Directors representing key sectors involved in apprenticeship and skilled trades training across Canada. The organization operates with a commitment to transparency, accountability, and collaboration in advancing its national mandate.
